About This PheWeb

Results displayed in this PheWeb include genome-wide associations of 10 ICD-10 based diagnosis from 4987 participants of the GCAT Cohort. All diagnostic information was obtained from Electronic Health Records (EHR) of the Public Healthcare System of Catalonia (2010-current) within the framework of the PADRIS Program as provided by the Agency of Health Quality and Assessment of Catalonia (AQuAS). All individuals were genotyped using the Infinium Expanded Multi-Ethnic Genotyping Array (MEGAEx) and imputed using TOPMed Imputation Server, resulting in ~9.3 million variants with a MAF higher than 0.01 and a imputation INFO score greater than 0.3. Associations were carried out on binary outcomes by doing Genome Wide Analysis Studies (GWAS) with adjustment for age, gender, and the first 10 principal components using PLINK 2.0.
